I wanted to send you a quick and hearty thank you from Kara and I for the incredibly successful dinner you catered at our wedding.

Everyone we spoke with positively RAVED about the food.  I know that we made things difficult with our unusual requests (spaetzle, German potato salad, and pretzel rolls...) but Bob pulled it all off magnificently.  

The dinner service itself went off without a hitch, and the place settings and goblets were quite elegant.  I felt that your prices were super-reasonable too, for the amount of food we were getting.

I will be sure to put in a good word with the Old Courthouse Museum to recommend you for future weddings in the Sioux Falls area. 

Perhaps we'll drop by for lunch again in the future, too.  :)

Thank you so much for the awesome meal at Megan and Darin's wedding reception.  So many people raved about the food, I thought I should let you know it was a hit !  Your Chicken Oscar and the 'signature' Roast Beef were the best we've ever had and so moist.  I can't say enough about the Baby Reds also.  I am SO glad the kids insisted on hiring you.
